We ship all our product using carriers UPS and USPS. We offer different methods at checkout to give you the best value. You can choose from ground to 2 day delivery service for most of the carriers we offer.

NOTE: If your orders contains "made to order" products such as mats, pads and SMAs your order will ship after they are created.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way please reach out to our customer care team with the reason for the return or exchange, we want to make it better. If you received an item damaged, please include picture evidence of both the shipping box/container and product damage. A return label will be issued and sent to you via email. We will accept returns on any unused or unopened products within 30 days of the order being processed. Wax Pads, SMAs, Deluxe SMAs, and Lap Mats must be unused. Wax must be unused and unopened.

Super Practical & Convenient – Love This Lid Holder!

I’ve been using this wax pot lid holder for about two weeks now, and I really like it! My husband helped me attach it to the wall in my suite, and it’s been so convenient ever since. I no longer have to place the lid on my table during services—it stays neatly out of the way, and my space looks more organized. The holder is sturdy, practical, and fits perfectly into my setup.
