FREE Shipping

We offer FREE shipping in the continental USA on orders over $500.  For customers outside the continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska) we offer FREE shipping on orders over $1000.  If you have any questions please contact us. FREE shipping will be sent via USPS ground advantage or UPS ground saver ONLY.

Please note: Waxing sticks are excluded from our free shipping promotion on orders over $500 due to their size and shipping weight. Shipping charges for waxing sticks will be calculated separately at checkout.

Shipping options

We ship all our product using carriers UPS and USPS.  We offer different methods at checkout to give you the best value.  You can choose from ground to 2 day delivery service for most of the carriers we offer.

Made to order

If your orders contains "made to order" products such as mats, pads and SMAs your order will ship after they are created. Typical lead times for "made to order" products are 5-7 days.

Shipping times

All 'ready to ship' items will ship the same/next day Monday - Friday.  If you order over the weekend your order will be shipped on Monday. We recognize and do not ship on all federal holidays as the carriers will be closed. If you need to expedite your order we do suggest choosing a faster shipping option at checkout.

Fulfillment Times

Our Wax Pads, SMAs, Deluxe SMAs, and Lap Mats are all made to order and have a processing/fulfillment time of 5-7 business days. Please note if your wax order contains a made-to-order item your order will not be shipped until the entire order is ready. If you are needing your wax or any ready to ship items shipped immediately please either place a separate order or contact us to make request, make sure to include your order number in your email.

PO boxes & APO shipments

We do ship to PO boxes and APO. Keep in mind some APO shipments make take longer than expected do to the locations of those addresses.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped you will receive an email or text from us with your tracking number and a link to track. 

Damages During Shipping

To file a claim with our shipping carrier and insurance provider, we require specific documentation if your order arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged package, please email us the following within 48 hours of delivery:

• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the inside of the box, including packaging materials
• Photos of the outside of the shipping box showing any damage
• A photo of the packing slip included in your package

Unfortunately, without these photos we are unable to submit a claim or issue reimbursement, as this documentation is required by our insurance provider.

Once we receive all required photos, our team will review the claim and begin the reimbursement or replacement process.

Shipping a return

Before you ship your return please review our return policy and then you can start a return. Please do not send returns without starting a return request, that way we are aware your return is on its way. If you have any questions about returns in general please contact us.
