Returns

 

We know shopping online sometimes comes with its challenges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way please reach out to our customer care team with the reason for the return or exchange, we want to make it better. If you received an item damaged, please include picture evidence of both the shipping box/container and product damage. A return label will be issued and sent to you via email. We will accept returns on any unused or unopened products within 30 days of the order being processed. Wax Pads, SMAs, Deluxe SMAs, and Lap Mats must be unused. Wax must be unused and unopened.

Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that the responsibility for safely getting items back to us falls on you. We are unable to exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition so if the item is damaged in transit to us, you will not receive any refund. Bring your returns to a trusted shipper to pack the items if you're worried about your packaging skills. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be comped.

  • Returns or refunds will only be issued AFTER we receive the items back to us in acceptable condition and within 30 days of date order was placed.
  • If you would like to return products to us. We will issue a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not cover shipping costs on returned unwanted items. If returning a product received damaged we will cover the cost to ship back to our warehouse.
  • Items will be inspected to ensure they have not been used or damaged. If items have been unused and are not damaged a refund will be issued, a store credit or new product will be shipped.
  • We do not cover the cost of shipping new items that are part of an exchange. 

Damages During Shipping

To file a claim with our shipping carrier and insurance provider, we require specific documentation if your order arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged package, please email us the following within 48 hours of delivery:

• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the inside of the box, including packaging materials
• Photos of the outside of the shipping box showing any damage
• A photo of the packing slip included in your package

Unfortunately, without these photos we are unable to submit a claim or issue reimbursement, as this documentation is required by our insurance provider.

Once we receive all required photos, our team will review the claim and begin the reimbursement or replacement process.

Refunds

We have a 30 day full money back guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements to return your items for a full refund or replacement. Shipping costs are not refundable.
