Also commonly called a wax mat or esthetician table mat, this lightweight, nonporous covering helps protect your treatment table from wax, products, and everyday wear.

Hard wax peels easily from the smooth vinyl surface, making cleanup and treatment-room turnover fast and simple. The pad can also be used during soft wax services; soft wax residue may require a little more spot cleaning but can be removed with a nonwoven wax strip and vinyl-compatible citrus wax cleaner.

Unlike disposable exam-table paper, the Rebel Wax Pad is reusable, disinfectable, and machine washable. It helps reduce single-use waste in your treatment room while providing a surface that can be cleaned and disinfected between clients. The lightweight vinyl does not retain heat, helping clients remain comfortable throughout their services.

The Original Rebel Wax Pad

Rebel Wax has pioneered custom vinyl wax pads since 2020.

While building and marketing her solo esthetics business on social media, founder Bree Mesquit became frustrated with how the background of her treatment videos looked. She set out to create something that would protect her treatment table, reduce waste, and make her content and treatment room look more professional.

The first Rebel Wax Pads were created from Bree’s apartment in Huntington Beach, California. Estheticians and waxers quickly fell in love with them, and the pads became the foundation of Rebel Wax’s first product line.

Optional Corner Straps:

Corner straps can be added to help secure the wax pad to your treatment table. We will match the strap color to your selected trim color as closely as possible based on material availability.

Custom Sizes and Colors:

Need a different size or a color combination you do not see? Email support@lashandwaxoc.com with your requested length and width in inches. Custom measurements must be submitted in quarter-inch increments, such as 27.25", 27.5", or 27.75".

How to Care for Your Wax Pad

Hard Wax: Allow spilled hard wax to cool, then gently peel it away from the vinyl surface.

Soft Wax or Stubborn Residue: Apply a small amount of vinyl-compatible citrus wax cleaner to a nonwoven wax strip and use it to spot-treat the affected area. The nonwoven strip provides an easy, fast way to lift sticky residue without spreading it across the pad.

Do not oversaturate the vinyl or allow citrus cleaner to sit for an extended period. Once the residue has been removed, clean and disinfect the area with CaviCide.

Disinfect Between Clients: Remove visible debris, apply CaviCide according to its label directions, and keep the surface visibly wet for the complete 3-minute contact time. Wipe with a clean disposable towel or allow it to air-dry as directed. The pad must be completely dry before reuse.

Machine Washing: Machine wash in cold water using a hand-wash or gentle cycle and mild detergent. Hang drying is recommended. If necessary, tumble dry using the lowest heat setting. Never expose the vinyl to high heat.

Scuff Marks: Use the Rebel Wax Vinyl Wax Pad + SMA Scuff Eraser. Do not use a Magic Eraser or another abrasive household sponge, as it can damage the vinyl.

Stubborn Stains: Spot-test any cleaner in an inconspicuous area first. Stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Important Vinyl-Care Warnings:

• Do not use rubbing alcohol, high-alcohol cleaners, or unapproved disinfectants

• Avoid blue BARBICIDE and other colored disinfectant solutions

• Avoid direct contact with leather, unwashed dark garments, self-tanner, fresh spray tans, hair dye, lash or brow tint, and lash adhesive

• Never store the pad while wet

• If storing it folded, do not place heavy items on top, as this may cause creasing

• Do not use bleach

• Do not iron

Treatment-table covering requirements vary. Always verify and follow your individual state licensing board’s current rules regarding table coverings, barriers, cleaning, and disinfection.

We ship all our product using carriers UPS and USPS.  We offer different methods at checkout to give you the best value.  You can choose from ground to 2 day delivery service for most of the carriers we offer.

NOTE: If your orders contains "made to order" products such as mats, pads and SMAs your order will ship after they are created.

Please note: Waxing sticks are excluded from our free shipping promotion on orders over $500 due to their size and shipping weight. Shipping charges for waxing sticks will be calculated separately at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way please reach out to our customer care team with the reason for the return or exchange, we want to make it better. If you received an item damaged, please include picture evidence of both the shipping box/container and product damage. A return label will be issued and sent to you via email. We will accept returns on any unused or unopened products within 30 days of the order being processed. Wax Pads, SMAs, Deluxe SMAs, and Lap Mats must be unused. Wax must be unused and unopened.
